titleOfInvention Dna sequence of novel interferon-alpha1, recombinant plasmid and transformation
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled DNA sequence capable of providing a novel IFN-α 1 coding amino acids different from known amino acid sequence of IFN-α 1 at the 35th unit and expected to exhibit physiological activity different from that of the known IFN-α 1 . n CONSTITUTION: The DNA sequence of the interferon-α 1 coding the polypeptide of formula. The 35th amino acid in the known interferon-α 1 was aspartic acid, and the DNA coding the acid was GAC. The interferon-α 1 of the present invention has asparagine as the 35th amino acid, and the DNA coding the same is AAC. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
