PURPOSE: To obtain the titled many kinds of compounds efficiently under mild conditions in one stage at a low cost, by starting the reaction of an amino group-substituted compound with an α,ω-dihaloalkane in an aprotic polar solvent in the presence of a suspended strongly basic compound. n CONSTITUTION: The reaction of an amino group-substituted compound, e.g. a primary secondary amino group-substituted compound or a heterocyclic compound containing one or more N atoms in which at least one N atom constituting the ring is a secondary amine with an α,ω-dihaloalkane expressed by the formula (X is halogen; n is an integer 3W20) is started in an aprotic polar solvent under the conditions of a strongly basic compound at least partially suspended therein to suppress side reaction and give the aimed halogen- substituted amino compound useful for introducing functional atomic groups for molecular design with high efficiency. The above-mentioned method adopts the same manner of reaction, and many kinds of the aimed compound can be produced in the same reactor. Thus, the method is suitable for diversified small-quantity production. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
