titleOfInvention | Material having high water resistance and water vapor transmission and production thereof |
abstract | PURPOSE: In obtaining a material having improved water resistance and water vapor transmission from a polyurethane resin film of wet type, to obtain the titled material having improved balance of water vapor transmission and waterproofing, by adding a fluorine-contained resin having specific particle diameter to a solution of the resin and using same. n CONSTITUTION: In obtaining a material having improved water resistance and water vapor transmission by applying a polyurethane resin solution to a fibrous ground fabric, and coagulating the solution in a wet state, 0.5W20pts.wt. fluorine- contained resin fine powder having ≤10μm average particle diameter is dispersed into the polyurethane resin solution with an emulsifying agent, and dispersed into dimethylformamide to give the uniform polyurethane resin solution, which is applied to a polyester film, subjected to wet coagulation, to give a polyurethane resin film having high water resistance and water vapor transmission. A two-pack urethane adhesive is applied to the film, stuck to the fibrous ground fabric in a semi-dry state, and heat-treated, to give the material having high water resistance and water vapor transmission suitable for various sports wear. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
