abstract PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition that is obtained by adding a specific amount of a specific phosphorus compound and an alkylated phenol antioxidant to polycarbonate, thus showing improved discoloration and deterioration is physical properties, when melted with heat and having high impact strength and clarity. n CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin from 1,1-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethane is combined with (A) 1W500×10 -5 wt%, calculated based on phosphorus atom, of a phosphorus compound selected from the group consisting of phosphorus acid and phosphite esters and (B) 1W500×10 -3 wt% of an alkylated phenol antioxidant such as 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-nonylphenol. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
