PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. having excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability and compatibility, by mixing a carboxyl (anhydride) group- contg. polymer with a polyolefin contg. epoxy and/or OH groups. n CONSTITUTION: Optionally, additives such as catalyst, stabilizer, plasticizer, antistatic agent, lubricant, dye, pigment, etc. are added to a mixture of 54W95wt% vinyl polymer contg. carboxyl (anhydride) groups and having an MW of 1,000W1,000,000 (e.g. styrene/maleic anhydride copolymer) and 95W5wt% polyolefin contg. epoxy and/or OH groups and having an MW of 1,000W1,000,000 (e.g. ethylene/glycidyl methacrylate copolymer) to obtain the titled compsn.
