titleOfInvention | Standard reagent for quantitative determination |
abstract | PURPOSE:To provide an exact reagent for quantitative determination for the chromatography of deoxyribonucleosides by mixing 4 kinds of deoxycytidylic acid, deoxyadenylic acid, deoxyguanylic acid and thymidylic acid at an equal molar ratio. CONSTITUTION:Four kinds of the deoxyribonucleosides; the deoxyguanylic acid (d-GMP), deoxycytidylic acid (d-CMP), deoxyadenylic acid (d-AMP) and thymidylic acid are mixed at the equal molar ratio. The aq. solns. of suitable concn. of the respective components are prepd. and the respective components are mixed at the equal molar ratio in accordance with the respective coefft. of molecular extinction coefft. d-CMP; 7.5+ or -0.1X10<3>, d-AMP; 15.1+ or -0.1X10<3>, d-GMP; 12.1+ or -0.1X10<3>, d-TMP; 8.9+ or -0.1X10<3>, by which the reagent for quantitative analysis of the deoxyribonucleosides for high-speed liquid chromatography is obtd. Since the respective components are mixed at the equal molar ratio, the easy quantitative determination of the deoxyribonucleosides of an unknown sample is made possible. |
