abstract PURPOSE: To provide a polymer compsn. which has excellent moldability and resistances to an impact at low temperatures and heat distortion and does not cause delamination, containing a hydrogenated copolymer, a thermoplastic polyester or polycarbonate and an unsaturated silane compd. n CONSTITUTION: A compsn. contains a hydrogenated copolymer (a) of formula I (wherein A is a polymer block of a monovinyl-substd. arom. hydrocarbon; B is an elastomeric polymer block of a conjugated diene; n is 1W5), a termoplastic polyester and/or a polycarbonate (b), a polyolefin (c), a softener (d) for non-aromatic rubber and a silane compd.
