titleOfInvention Formation of coated film coated on wooden product
abstract PURPOSE: To cure a coated film of nonirradiated part of energy beam by using a specified resin composition and a peroxide in combination with a photosetting composition of a catalyst as a paint of wooden products. n CONSTITUTION: As a resin composition, 30W80wt% alkane polyolpolyacrylate of ≤1,500mol.wt. which has three or more pieces of acryloyloxy groups in one molecule and 20W70wt% photopolymerizable prepolymer having two or more pieces of acryloyloxy groups in one molecule are used. As a peroxide, 0.1W7wt% t-butylperoxybenzoate or the like is used. Only both the two A and the material B added with 0.01W3wt% curing accelerator are arranged. After mixing these in A:B=(1W9):(9W1) and performing the coating, the energy beam is irradiated. By this method, a coated film having uniform coloring and luster is obtained even in a complex shape. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
