titleOfInvention | Production of azolecarboxyamidine derivative |
abstract | PURPOSE: To produce an azolecarboxyamidine useful as an insecticide, in high yield, by reacting a benzoylisocyanic acid dichloride with an azole and an aniline. n CONSTITUTION: The azolecarboxamidine derivative of formula III [e.g. N-(3-chloro-4-trifluoromethoxyphenyl)-N'-(2,6-difluorobenzo-yl)-1-imidazolecarbox amidine] is produced by reacting the benzoylisocyanic acid dichloride of formula I (X is halogen or alkyl; n is 1 or 2; Y is halogen) (e.g. 2,6- difluorobenzoylisocyanide dichloride) with the azole compound of formula Az-H (Az is halogen, pyrazolyl, imidazolyl, triazolyl, or benzimidazolyl) (e.g. imidazole) and the aniline compound of formula II (R is halogen, halogenoalkyl or halogenoalkoxy; m is 1W3). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
