titleOfInvention Monoclonal antibody, hybridoma, production of monoclonal antibody, and method of separating human protein c
abstract NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody not recognizing human protein C in the absence of calcium ion(Ca ++ ), and recognizing specifically protein C in the presence of calcium ion(Ca ++ ). n USE: For separating and purifying human protein C, and a measuring reagent. n PREPARATION: Purified human protein C is administered to mouse Balb/C, the mouse is immunized against it, its spleen is collected, to give a splenic cell. Then, it is mixed with a myeloma(P3U1) of mouse, subjected to cell fusion, and cultivated in medium HAT, to give a hybridoma. Then, it is used as an antigen, screened, cloned by limiting dilution analysis to give a nonocloned hybridoma, which is cultivated to give a monoclonal antibody specific to human protein C. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
