titleOfInvention | Automatic inspecting device of rotor for rotary electric machine |
abstract | PURPOSE: To accurately inspect a rotor in a short time by automatically sequentially switching brushes connected simultaneously to segments independently. n CONSTITUTION: A multichannel brush unit 14 is mounted on an armature 1, a scanner 17 is operated to flow a constant current to the prescribed segment 7, and a voltage generated at an armature winding 5 is measured at this time. The measurement of the voltage is started after a current is flowed and the value of a contacting voltage drop between a carbon brush 8 and the segment 7 to a stable state. After the first measurement is finished, next connection is performed by the scanner 17, and similar measurement is performed. Thus, the measurement is sequentially performed to finish the inspection, and the armature 1 is removed. Thus, the voltage between the segments 7 may be measured by switching scanning contacts 17a without rotating the armature 1, and the voltage is measured in the stable state. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
