| abstract | PURPOSE:To contrive to mold like suede a product with soft touch and warm feeling by polishing the surface of a foamed vinyl chloride film which is cured and integrally molded, while pouring the raw liquid of polyurethane foam. CONSTITUTION:A mold 3 is heated to the temperature where the skin material to be thrown into is partially molten and adheres to the mold surface. The gelation of the material 7 begins, and at the temperature where the surface has adhesive property, the material 7 is kept in the mold for giving a specified thickness. After the finishing of the specified thickness, a semimolten thin film is completely molten, and the mold is heated to a specified temperature for promoting foaming suction. The mold 3 is cooled, and the film member 8 adhering to the mold surface is released from the mold. The film member 8 is set on the bottom force of a mold 9, and the raw liquid of semicuring or curing polyurethane form is poured thereinto, and then a top force 11 is clamped and fixed onto a bottom force 10. When foam molding is completed, the molded product with the film is removed from the mold 9, and then the surface layer of foamed vinylchloride is polished. Thus it is made like suede. |
