abstract | PURPOSE: The titled yarn easily dyeable with a disperse dye, having improved fastness to dyeing and strength, showing flame retardance, comprising a copolymer polymer comprising an ethylene terephthalate unit as a main component, and a specific copolymerizable component. n CONSTITUTION: A copolymer polyester comprising an ethylene terephthalate unit as a main component, and 0.5W10mol% unit shown by the formula I [X is group shown by the formula II (benzene ring may be replaced with lower alkyl, or halogen); Y is phenylene; m and n are integers to make m+n into 1W20] is used to give the aimed yarn. The component forming the unit II is preferably obtained by reacting 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthren-10- oxide with P- or O-benzoquinone under heating, reacting the prepared phosphinic acid derivative with ethylene carbonate, and esterifying the reaction product with terephthalic acid. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
