PURPOSE: To obtain a chlorine-contg. resin compsn,. suitable for use in the production of an agricultural film, by incorporating a tertiary phosphate and a primary or secondary phosphate in a chlorine-contg. resin. n CONSTITUTION: A compd. of formula I and a compd. of formula II or III are blended with a chlorine-contg. resin. In these formulas, R 1 WR 6 are each alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, substd. aryl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl, cycloalkyl, a group of formula IV (wherein R 7 is alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, substd. aryl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl; n is 2, 3; m≥1).
