titleOfInvention | Indazole derivative |
abstract | NEW MATERIAL:An indazole derivative of formula I [R<1> is H, formula III (R<5> is cyano, carboxyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl), formula IV (R<2>, R<3> are H, lower alkyl, or they incorporate to form alkylene; R<4> is R<5>); n is 1-3] and its salt. EXAMPLE:3-(1-Imidazolylmethyl)indazole hydrochloride. USE:It has an action to inhibit the synthesis of thromboxane A2 and is used to prevent or treat stenocardia, isthemic cardiopathy, cerebarovascular diseases and thrombosis. PREPARATION:As shown in reaction equations, a compound of formula II [X is halogen; R<11> is H, formula V (R<41> is cyano, lower alkoxycarbonyl)] is allowed to react with 1-acetylimidazole in a solvent such as acetonitrile at room temperature to the boiling point of the solvent to give a compound of formula Ia, which is hydrolyzed to give a compound of formula Ib. |
