abstract | PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. which is a low-temperature bonding type and can be used in laminating a thermoplastic resin film onto a metallic sheet to prepare easily and inexpensively a laminate having excellent processability, durability and appearance, consisting of an acrylic copolymer and a polyisocyanate compd. n CONSTITUTION: An adhesive compsn. which is a low-temperature active type, is obtd. by incorporating 1W30pts.wt. polyisocyanate compd. such as xylylene diisocyanate in 100pts.wt. acrylic copolymer composed of 5W20pts.wt. (meth)acrylic acid, 5W45pts.wt. acrylate ester, 20W80pts.wt. methacrylate ester and 1W15pts.wt. glycidyl methacrylate.
