abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. which has a rubbery touch and excellent resilience, resistance to slipping and oils, processability and mechanical strength, consisting mainly of a specified vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer and a thermoplastic polyurethane resin. n CONSTITUTION: 70W200pts.wt. plasticizer such as di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate, 20W 200pts.wt. polyester polyol type or polyether polyol type of thermoplastic polyurethane resin and optionally a high-molecular material aid (e.g. acrylic resin), a thermal stabilizer, a filler, a blowing agent, etc. are blended with 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin having a degree of polymn. of 1,500 or above selected from among vinyl chloride polymer and copolymers of vinyl chloride with a small quantity of other copolymerizable monomer (e.g. propylene). n USE: Sandal, sole, rubber boots. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio
