abstract | PURPOSE: To separate and to purify a polymorphic type component of reverse transcriptase derived from AMV in good reproducibility, by dialyzing a dissolution fraction of reverse transcriptase, passing it through a column having polyguanylic acid agarose as an adsorbent, changing the concentration of NaCl, eluting it. n CONSTITUTION: A dissolution fraction of reverse transcriptase obtained and purified using avian myeloblastosis virus (AMV for short) as a raw material is dialyzed, and passed through a column having polyguanylic acid agarose as an adsorbent.
