titleOfInvention Polyurethane resin having abrasion resistance and wear resistance
abstract PURPOSE: The titled polyurethane having high heat distortion temperature, usable at low speed under high load, at high speed under low load, and at high speed under high load, obtained by using a specific mixed polyol as a raw material polyol component, adding a specific amoung of an oil component to a raw material system, carrying out urethanization. n CONSTITUTION: In carrying out urethanization by reacting a polyfunctional OH group-containing polyol component with a polyfunctional polyisocyanate component, a mixed polyol consisting of (A) 35W80pts.wt. adduct of 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane having 2,2-bis[4-(2-hydroxypropoxy)phenyl]propane as one component with propylene oxide, (B) 19W50pts.wt. polyoxyalkylene polyol of aromatic amine base having 200W700 OH value, and (C) 1W20pts.wt. polymer polyol is used as the polyol component, one or both of the raw material components are blended with 1W15pts.wt. aliphatic or aromatic oil component (e.g., lubricating oil) based on 100pts.wt. polyurethane, to give the desired polyurethane. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio
