titleOfInvention Polyurethane having abrasion resistance and wear resistance
abstract PURPOSE: The titled polyurethane having especially high heat distortion temperature, obtained by using a specific mixed polyol as a raw material polyol component, adding an oil component and inorganic compound powder having ability of keeping the oil component to a raw material system, carrying out urethanization. n CONSTITUTION: In carrying out urethanization by reacting a polyfunctional OH group-containing polyisocyanate component with a polyfunctional polyisocyanate component, a mixed polyol comprising (A) 40W80pts.wt. adduct. of 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane having 2,2-bis[4-(2-hydroxypropoxy)phenyl]propane as one component with propylene oxide and (B) 20W60pts.wt. polyoxyalkylene polyol of aromatic amine base having 200W700 OH value is used as the polyol component, and one or both of the raw material components are blended with preferably 2W 10pts.wt. (based on 100pts.wt. polyurethane) aliphatic or aromatic oil component, and inorganic compound powder [e.g., Ca(OH) 2 ] having ability of keeping the oil component, to give the diesired polyurethane. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio
