titleOfInvention Preparation of polyurethane resin structure
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain easily a polyurethane resin structure that is excellent in electromagnetic wave cut-off properties and suitable for the housing of a thin electronic desk-top calculator etc. by a method wherein conductive material is inserted into a mold and polyurethane resin material containing hydroxyl group polymerizable substance, etc. is injected and hardened. CONSTITUTION:First, conductive material is inserted into a mold. Then, hydroxy polymerizable substance (such as monovinyl compound of acryl alcohol etc.) or hydroxy polymerizable substance and polyhydroxy compound and isocyanate compound (such as toluene diisocyanate etc.) are mixed at 1:1 as the ratio of OH group/NCC group. Polyurethane resin material obtained by adding polymerization initiator to the above mixture is injected into the mold to cause addition reaction and polymerization reaction and hardened to obtain the target structure. USE:Housings for equipment such as radio, TV set and communication device.
