| abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a molded body having a projection on the side at a low cost by a method wherein liquid resin is poured into an internal case of flexible material having the internal shape molded conforming to the external contour of a molded body. n CONSTITUTION: The internal case 21 made of flexible resin such as vinyl chloride etc. having the internal shape similar to the external shape of a molded body 2 having a projection 2a on the side is wrapped in a hard external case 22 made of Teflon. A plurality of these double cases 20 are fixed by metallic fixed fixtures 31, 32 and liquid resin is injected into the internal case 21 of the double case 20 and hardened. Then, the internal case 21 is taken out of the hard external case 22, and the molded body 2 with a projection 2a is pulled out by the use of flexibility of the internal case 21. In this manner, as bubbles, foreign matters in liquid resin can be removed in advance, the molded body 2 with a projection 2a and free from bubbles, foreign matters can be obtained easily. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio |
