abstract | PURPOSE: To facilitate the formation of the titled laminate having excellent heat resistance, by laminating prepregs obtained by impregnating bases with a specified polyaminobismaleimide resin solution and curing the laminate by application of heat and pressure. n CONSTITUTION: Bases are impregnated with the following polyaminobismaleimide resin solution and the solvent is removed by drying to obtain prepregs. A predetermined number of these prepregs are laminated and, if necessary, copper foil is laid thereon. The laminate is cured by application of heat and pressure. The above resin solution is a polyaminobismaleimide resin solution obtained by heating 1.0mol of N,N'-4,4'-diphenylmethane bismaleimide with 0.25W40mol of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane in an alkylene glycol alkyl ether solvent. The condition of the reaction by heating in the alkylene glycol alkyl ether solvent preferably includes a temperature of 90W160°C and a time of 10W480min. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio |
