abstract | PURPOSE: An epoxy resin composition composed of an epoxy resin, an aluminum compound and a specific silicon compound is cured by irradiating with light and thermal beams to give a cured product with excellent surface hardness, adhesion and electric properties. n CONSTITUTION: An epoxy resin which is composed of (A) a epoxy resin such as bisphenol-A type, (B) an aluminum compound, preferably aluminum tri-isopropoxide, and (C) a silicon compound forming a silanol group by light irradiation, preferably a silicon compound bearing a peroxysilano group, O-nitrobenzyloxy group or α-ketosilyl group is irradiated with light beams, preferably ultraviolet rays of 180W700nm wave length and thermal beams, preferably infrared rays of 1,000W10,000nm wave length, preferably from 0.5secW50min.
