abstract PURPOSE: An antioxidant dispersion, obtained by dispersing an antioxidant having a specific particle diameter and an emulsifying agent in water, having improved storage stability, easily handleable, and useful for synthetic high polymers. n CONSTITUTION: An antioxidant dispersion obtained by dispersing (A) preferably 70W1wt% antioxidant, e.g. a phenolic antioxidant such as 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p- cresol, an amine based antioxidant such as N-phenyl-N'-isopropyl-p-phenylenediamine, a sulfur based antioxidant such as dilauryl thiodipropionate, or a phosphoric acid based antioxidant such as distearyl pentaerythritol diphosphite, containing ≥99wt% particles having <10μm, preferably <5μm Stokes diameter and (B) preferably 10W0.1wt% emulsifying agent, e.g. anionic, ampholytic, cationic or nonionic surfactant, in deionized or distilled water. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio
