PURPOSE:To obtain the titled product constituting of at least one kind among alkyl glycerylether phosphate and partly or completely neutralized product thereof using a basic substance and to obtain a product having superior safety, affinity to skin and excellent emulsifying effect. CONSTITUTION:The product is constituted or alkyl glyceryl ether phosphate expressed by the formula wherein R1 is 8-32C linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl; X is H or R2 (R2 is 1-32C linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl) or PO3H2 or partly or completely neutralized product thereof. The emulsifying solubilizing agent has superior emulsifying and solubilizing effect and is stable in wide range of pH without irritative effect on the skin, having excellent feeling to touch to the skin, and can formulate emulsified and solubilized product of desired pH. It is particularly useful for the material for emulsifier and solubilizer of cosmetics, medicines such as cream, ointment, or perfumes, etc. Suitable amt. to be used is 0.1-20wt%. |
