Photocurable electrically conductive paint composition |
abstract |
PURPOSE: To provide the titled paint compsn. which can be easily cured by irradiation with actinic rays to form a coating film having excellent mar resistance, electrical conductivity and transparency, by incorporating a paint binder mainly composed of a (meth)acryloyl oligomer and an electrically conductive powder mainly composed of tin oxide. n CONSTITUTION: 50W400pts.wt. electrically conductive powder having a particle sized of 0.2μ or below and mainly composed of tin oxide and at least 0.1pt.wt. acrylic polymer contg. hydroxyl groups are blended with 100pts.wt. paint binder mainly composed of a (meth)acryloyl oligomer contg. at least two (meth)acryloyl groups per molecule such as ethylene glycol di(meth)acrylate or trimethylolpropane tri(meth)acrylate to obtain a curable electrically conductive compsn. As said (meth)acrylic oligomer, those contg. urethane linkage are preferred. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio |
