PURPOSE: A polypropylene composition, obtained by incorporating a specific amount of triallyl isocyanurate and triallyl cyanurate with polypropylene or ethylene-propylene copolymer, and deteriorating scarcely by irradiation with a sterilization radiation in use as molded articles of medical instruments. n CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene composition obtained by incorporating 100pts. wt. polypropylene (PP) or ethylene-propylene copolymer with 0.05W1pts.wt., preferably 0.05W0.5pts.wt. triallyl isocyanurate of formula I and/or triallyl cyanurate of formula II and if necessary ethylene-propylene rubber, sodium benzoate and an antioxidant, etc. added thereto. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio |
