PURPOSE: To provide a drink containing specific amount of monolinolein, and effective to lower the cholesterol level in blood or to suppress the increase of the level. n CONSTITUTION: 0.1W30wt% α-and/or β-monolinolein is added to and dissolved in a drink composed mainly of water.
