abstract | PURPOSE: To suppress the occurrence of the burr on a product as scarcely as possible by preventing a foaming material form flowing into the back side of a core member, causing the gap between a top force and the core member to be possible to be kept the top force from adhering of releasing agent and omitting the necessary to stick an auxiliary member such as a cushion to the core member. n CONSTITUTION: Immediately before curing process is carried out, a flexible pipe 10 is expanded, raising the fluid pressure applied to the hollow part 10a of said flexible pipe 10, thereby causing the flexible pipe 10 to be in contact with a core member 4, and closing the flow path through which urethane flows into a gap 8. When the urethane has been completely cured, the product integrally made of the core member 4, a skin member 5 and the urethane 6 in thaken out by opening a top force 2. The core member 4 and the skin member 5 are set in the foaming mold 1 again.
