titleOfInvention | Rubber composition |
abstract | PURPOSE: To provide a rubber compsn. which has improved processability during unvulcanization and gives vulcanized rubber having improved modulus, hardness, dynamic elasticity modulus, etc., by adding specified quantities of a metal salt of a fatty acid and an ester derived from a polyhydric alcohol and an unsaturated fatty acid to a rubber. n CONSTITUTION: 1W10pts.wt. of the combined quantity of a metal salt of a fatty acid and an ester derived from a polyhydric alcohol and an unsaturated fatty acid is added to 100pts.wt. rubber such as natural rubber, polyisoprene rubber or a styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber to obtain the desired rubber compsn. Examples of the metal salts of the fatty acids are zinc palmitate, zinc stearate, calcium oleate, etc. Examples of the esters are triethylene glycol oleate, sorbitol linoleate, sorbitol adipate, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio |
