PURPOSE: An external preparation for the skin having no side effect like hormone, mildness to the skin, and improved remedying effect on pimples, containing deoxycorticosterone as an active ingredient. n CONSTITUTION: An external preparation for the skin for remedying pimples, containing deoxycorticosterone such as a compound shown by the formula. The compound shown by the formula is a drug having no side effect like hormone, no skin irritation like sulfur compound, and improved remedying effect on pimples. An amount of the compound shown by the formula added is properly 0.001W2wt% in the external preparation for the skin.
