titleOfInvention Preparation of composite heat insulating material
abstract PURPOSE:To prevent dust from sticking during a forming time and to obtain composite material excellent in adhesion of an urethane foam to polyolefin or styrene resin sheet by applying a layer of specified constitution resin with antistatic function to an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:For antistatic agent is used a mixture composed of 20-80wt% of water soluble polyimine compound selected from a group of polyethyleneimine, poly(ethyleneimine urea) and ethyleneimine additive of polyimine polyamide, and a mixture of 80-20wt% of nitrogen atom contained cationic or amphoretic polymer. Antistatic acqueous solution is applied to two sides and dried to pressure-form a resin sheet 2 providing antistatic resin layers 2a, 2c. Then, expandable urethane solution is expanded and hardened on the inside of this formed piece to prepare composite heat insulating material to stick resin sheets and an urethane foam into one piece using antistatic resin for an adhesive layer.
