Substrate specificity; Acting on phenol, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, o-nitrophenol, N,N-diethyl-m-toluidine, pyrocatechol, tyrosine, etc. Optimum pH; About 5.0pH stability; 4W8 (treatment at 37°C for 1hr). Molecular weight; 62,000 (measured by the gel filtration method). Isoelectric point; 3.1±0.1pH. Crystal form; Hexagonal plate form.
