titleOfInvention | Solid fuel-water slurry composition |
abstract | PURPOSE: To produce a solid fuel-water slurry composition having excellent long-term dispersion stability and transportability, high concentration, and low viscosity, by mixing an (alkyl)-naphthalenesulfonic acid and a salt of its formaldehyde condensation product at a specific ratio, and adding a specific amount of the mixture to the slurry. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition can be prepared by mixing (A) a solid fuel-water slurry composition containing 50W85wt% solid fuel powder such as coal (carbonized coke), petroleum coke, etc. with (B) 0.01W1% additive obtained by mixing (i) an (alkyl)-naphthalenesulfonic acid and (ii) a salt of a condensation proruct of the component (i) and formaldehyde and having a condensation degree of ≥4 at a weight ratio of 1:9W9:1. n EFFECT: The slurry has excellent stability under stationary condition and under shearing force. It is industrially valuable and economical, and can be supplied easily to a burner. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio |
