titleOfInvention Thermal insulation wall and manufacture thereof
abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation and the deterioration of the insulating property of a product at low temperature, eliminating gas pockets by causing light powder to be included in the gas pockets, when foaming insulation resin stock is filled and foamed, including light powder therein, during the time from the pouring to the filling finish of said resin stock. CONSTITUTION:The resin stock of hard urethane foaming insulation material is poured by the head of a foaming machine from an injecting hole 7, and then light powder 11 is scattered. The resin stock of the hard urethane foaming insulation material becomes foam fluid material, and when the foaming and the polymerization reactions of said material proceed with the elapse of time, the fluid material of the hard urethane foam becomes highly viscous. Consequently, a gas pocket 10 is formed between the tip 9 of the foam fluid material and the cladding panel of a door panel 2 and an inner door 3, but the light powder 11 scattered on the foam liquid material falls naturally onto the gas pockets 10, and said pocket is filled, thereby preventing the occurrence of the cavities in the gas pocket parts.
