titleOfInvention | Preparation of alpha-amino acid amide |
abstract | PURPOSE: To prepare an α-amino acid amide from an inexpensive raw material only by simple reaction in preparing the titled substance from an α-amino acid and an amine by using an aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase as a catalyst. n CONSTITUTION: An aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase as a catalyst is added to a water-soluble solvent containing an α-amino acid which may be a mixture of two or more amino acids and an amine to prepare an α-amino acid amide. The amine is an amine expressed by the formula, and ammonia, methylamine or ethylamine, etc. may be cited. The above-mentioned reaction is preferably carried out in the presence of adenosine triphosphate. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio |
