abstract PURPOSE: The titled material, obtained by incorporating a special reinforcing material in a reactive liquid nylon injection molding material containing a soft component in a specific proportion, suitable for structural materials, casting materials, etc., and having improved impact and heat resistance. n CONSTITUTION: A reactive injection molding material obtained by incorporating (C) 5W35wt% filler fibers, preferably carbon fibers, having ≤10μ diameter, flat filler, preferably crushed material of aramide film, or polymer having rigid molecular skeleton, preferably crushed polyimide, in (A) a reactive liquid nylon injection molding material consisting of a composition containing 5W15wt% soft component, and prepared by adding a prepolymer as the soft component and a cocatalyst to (A) a main catalyst based composition obtained by adding a main catalyst to caprolactam and (B) the caprolactam. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio
