titleOfInvention Pressure-reducing transfer equipment of high pressure liquid
abstract PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of piping system so as to facilitate control by adopting such a structure as the pressure differences between a high pressure liquid supply tower and a pressure reducing tower, and between the pressure-reducing tower and a pressure-reduced liquid receiving system respectively are generated by the control of gas flow rate regulating valves. CONSTITUTION:A pressure-reducing tower 1, a high-pressure side gas/liquid separating tower 14 and a low-pressure side gas/liquid separating tower 15 in a coal liquefaction plant are connected together by pipings 6 through 13 as shown in the figure, and pipings 6 and 8, high-pressure gas supply/exhaust valve 2 and low-pressure gas supply/exhaust valve 3 are interposed, while gas flow rate regulating valves 2a and 3a are installed in parallel with valves 2 and 3 respectively. In addition, a high-pressure liquid supply valve 4 and reduced-pressure liquid exhaust valve 5 are interposed in the pipings 10 and 11 respectively. Each of gas/liquid separating tower 14 and 15 is kept under a required constant pressure by a pressure control equipment connected to the line 7 and 9 respectively. Furthermore, it is contrived that the pressure differences between the high-pressure gas liquid separating tower 14 and the pressure-reducing tower 1, and between the pressure-reducing tower 1 and the low-pressure gas liquid separating tower 15 can be generated by controlling the flow rate regulating valves 2a and 3a respectively.
