titleOfInvention | Manufacture of water-proof cushion body |
abstract | PURPOSE:To manufacture a polyurethane foam with a water-proof coat on its surface by molding it with the injection of an undiluted solution of the polyurethane foam after an inner surface of a mold is covered with a film having a heat seal property. CONSTITUTION:After a covering of the inner surface of a metal mold for a mold with the film 3 having the heat seal property (for instance, nylon, EVA), in addition to a foaming of the undiluted solution 4 of the polyurethane foam pouring in said metal mold, the film 3 is molded covering the surface of the mold plastic integral with it being molten by the reaction heat of the urethane or the heat given from the metal mold. The water-proof cushion body of the polyurethane can be manufactured easily. |
