abstract PURPOSE: To clean a disc and to prevent wear and damage of the disc by providing a linear formed with a nonwoven fabric or fibers processed with a processing agent through the combination of a specific aminosilane and a specific epoxysilane to the inner face of a floppy disc jacket. n CONSTITUTION: To aminosilane expressed in a formula I (R 1 , R 2 are 1W4C alkylene permissible for having side chains, R 3 , R 4 are 1W3C alkyl, m, n are 1 or 2 and m+n=3) or aminosilane expressed in a formula II(R 5 is alkyl or aryl of H, 1W4C, R 6 is alkylene permissible for having side chains of 1W4C, and R 7 is alkyl of 1W4C), 1W20-times amount of a siloxane comprising the composition unit expressed in a formula II (R 8 , R 9 are alkyl of 1W3C) and the composition unit expressed in a formula IV (R 10 is alkyl of 1W3C or a radical expressed in a formula V, R 11 is aklylene of 2W5C or arylene of 6W10C) and having 1,000W 100,000cm stokes in viscocity at 25°C and ≥1wt% epoxized degree is used as the processing agent.
