titleOfInvention Diastereomer a of yc-214 or its acid adduct, its preparation and drug containing the same
abstract NEW MATERIAL:Diastereomer A of 2,6-dimethyl-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid 3-(1-benzylpyrrolidin-3-yl) and 5-methyl diester (abbreviated to YM-09730) whose hydrochloride melts at 200W206°C with decomposition and its acid adduct. n USE: Vasodilator. n PREPARATION: YM-09730 is subjected to column chromatography using silica gel as a carrier, eluted with an ethyl acetate-acetic acid mixed solvent. The diastereomer A acetate of YM-09730 is separated from the eluate, treated with a base or further treated with a pharmacologically permissible acid to give the objective diastereomer A. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio
