PURPOSE:To obtain an emulsified compsn. which has good fit to the skin and excellent stability while maintaining fresh feel of use by incorporating higher fatty acid, basic amino acid and lowe alcohol therein. CONSTITUTION:The oil in water type emulsified compsn. is obtd. by incorporating 0.1-10wt% higher fatty acid such as palmitic acid, basic amino acid (e.g.; L-alginin) at 0.1-5 times (molar ratio) the weigh of the higher fatty acid and 5-30wt% lower alcohol such as ethyl alcohol therein. Since a large amt. of the lower alcohol is compounded with such oil in water type emulsified compsn., the comps. has the fresh and cool feel of use, an excellent fit to the skin occuring in the emulsification by the salt of the higher fatty acid and good stability under high-temp. conditions and is therefore ideally suitable as the oil in water type emulsified compsn. particularly for summer cream, astringent cream, moisture- control cream, etc. |
