abstract | PURPOSE: To facilitate the maintenance control of a methane fermentation apparatus, by providing a methane concn. apparatus, which mounts a carbon dioxide permeable membrane of which the single surface is contacted with fermentation gas and the other surface is opened so as to exhaust gas into the open air, in the piping circuit of fermentation gas. n CONSTITUTION: A methane fermentation apparatus is constituted of a methane fermentation tank 1, a methane concn. apparatus 2 provided in the piping circuit connected to said methane fermentation tank 1 and a gas tank 3. The aforementioned methane concn. apparatus 2 is constituted of access openings 7 of fermentation gas, a carbon dioxide permeable membrane 8 formed by coating a carrier with dimethyl silicon in a thickness of about 0.1μm so as to form no pinhole, a pressure dispersing layer 9 for attaining pressure dispersion so as to apply uniform pressure to said carbon dioxide permeable membrane 8 and an open cell foam body 10 being a gas pervious body for guiding carbon dioxide transmitted through the carbon dioxide permeable membrane 8 to a gas exhaust port 11. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio |
