PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. which retain high fluidity and long-term viscosity stability before curing and can form tough polymer latex cement after curing, consisting of a polymer emulsion contg. a specified dispersant and cement powder. n CONSTITUTION: A slurry compsn. consists of a polymer emulsion (e.g. PVAc emulsion) (A) contg. a dispersant composed of a compd. contg. a tricyclodecane or tricyclodecene skeleton and a sulfo group [e.g. a sulfonated polymer obtd. by sulfonating a polymer obtd. by polymerizing a cyclopentadiene (derivative) of formula I or II (wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 are each H, a 1W3C alkyl)] and cement powder (B).
