abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled resin compsn. by adding a phosphorus compd. to a specified polyethylene tere-phthalate polyester. n CONSTITUTION: A polyethylene terephthalate polyester obtd. by copolymerizing a bisphenol S-ethylene oxide adduct of the formula (wherein a, b are each 1W 50) in a quantity of 0.1W30mol% (in terms of bisphenol S skeleton) based on that of the acid component of the polyester, is used. 0.1W3wt% (in terms of phosphorus atom) phosphorus compd. such as ethyl diethylphosphonopropionate, phenylphosphonic acid or tri-n-butyl phosphite is added to said polyester. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio
