titleOfInvention Detection of chemiluminescence
abstract PURPOSE:To maximize chemiluminescent efficiency, in an immunological quantitative analysis using a chemiluminescent substance, by optimumly selecting an oxidizing agent composition. CONSTITUTION:A chemiluminescent substance is oxidized by an alkaline solution consisting of 10-100mm.ol/l of hypochlorite and 100-1,000mm.ol/l of hydrogen peroxide to emit chemiluminescent light. In this case, the luminescent amount of luminol is larger as the concns. of hidrogen peroxide and sodium hypochlorite become higher but, with due regard to the increase ratio of the luminescent amount or the influence of corrosion due to strong oxidation force, the aforementioned range is desired as a proper conc. range.
