titleOfInvention Acaricide for indoor use
abstract PURPOSE: An acaricide for indoor use, obtained by incorporating a specific pyrethroid compound with a synergistic agent therefore and an injurious insect repellent, capable of exhibiting improved acaricidal effect on Tyrophagus dimidiatus, Dermatophagoides farinae and Tarsonemus floricolus, etc., and usable with safety. n CONSTITUTION: An acaricide for indoor use obtained by incorporating a compound, expressed by the formula (X is CH 3 or Cl), having high insecticidal power and wide insecticidal spectrum and high safety for humans and animals, and used widely for homes and agriculture, i.e. "Phenothrin (X=CH 3 ) or "Permethrin" (X=Cl), with an inexpensive synergistic agent for pyrethroid, e.g. IBTA, S-421 or piperonyl butoxide, exhibiting some acraricidal activity against mites developing in the interior of a house and one or two or more of injurious insect repellents, e.g. "Deet" of benzyl benzoate, used widely and practically as a repellent for mosquitoes and flies, as active constituents, adding a carrier or assistant thereto, and used in the form of an emulsion, wettable powder, powder or oil, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio
