PURPOSE: To provide a curable resin composition having excellent weatherability, durability and flexibility, by compounding a fluoroplastic having curing site, a flexibilizer and a hardener reactive with said curing site. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a fluoroplastic having curing site and an intrinsic viscosity of 0.05W2dl/g in tetrahydrofuran at 30°C and soluble in solvent with (B) 5W50pts. of a flexibilizer having 1W15 curing sites per mole, containing one or more kinds of (hydroxy)alkylene chain or ester chain in the molecule, and having a molecular weight of 50W1,000 and (C) 1W100pts. of a hardener (preferably isocyanate) such as a polyfunctional compound reactive with the curing site of the component A and B, and reacting the components with each other in one shot.
