| abstract | PURPOSE:To scrape up the scattered objects at a corner of the hold of a ship easily and flatly by providing the scattered objects scraper of a bucket conveyor with possibility of as well transverse motion as revolution, expansion and contraction. CONSTITUTION:A revolving frame 14 with capability of horizontal revolution is installed on a traveling body 1, which travels on a rail 3 laid at a warf 2. A boom 5 is pivoted on this revolving frame 4 in such a way as rising and falling freely, and a plumb suspended revolving mast 7 is supported revolvingly at the tip of said boom 5 with a support frame 6 interposed, and then a bucket conveyor 8 is arranged in such a manner as to penetrate this revolving mast 7. An L- shaped scraper 8a for scattered objects is installed at the bottom of this bucket conveyor 8, with possibility of as well expanding/contracting fore and aft operated by a fluid pressure cylinder 8b as tilting up and down operated by another fluid pressure cylinder 8c. Thereby, scattered objects at the corner of the hold of a ship can be scraped up easily and flatly. |
